Inspection

In order to achieve perfection in quality, each sweater will be inspected at least 10 times under international standard of lab testing methods from the preparation of yarn up to it is packed for shipment all the way monitored by ERP management system.

Yarn Testing

To ensure the colourfastness for finished product without colour fading, dry rubbing must be at least up to grade 4, wet rubbing at least grade 3-4.

Pilling Test

Apply ICI and Martindale pilling testing methods; the testing standard must achieve at least grade 3 to ensure the finished sweater will not have pilling problem easily.

Button Pulling Test

testing standard must be higher than 90newton, to reinforce the pulling capability of buttons.

Chemical Testing

Wanziman is working closely with internationally recognised lab testing houses such as SGS, BV and TUV to conduct lab tests, accurately guarantee the safety issues for the finished products.
